Dear Linda,

Just a note to let you know that we've been thinking of you and feel for you as the pain you are suffering is unimaginable and at times must be unbearable...we are ever so sorry we didn't get the chance to know Olivia, but because we didn’t know her doesn't make our grief and heartache any more bearable. Amy talks frequently about Olivia and you would never know that she really never knew her. On our return, she shared with her classmates about how special Olivia was and the other girls shared her sadness.

From the airplane, Amy was looking for Olivia, maybe sitting somewhere on the edge of a cloud or on that rainbow you had talked about; but then we decided she was already in heaven having a grand time with the other cherubs telling them all about the memories she had left with her proud parents to share.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Gary.
